James is the owner/broker of A MAC Realty, LLC and he has been a licensed real estate professional since 1994. James spent his first four years working as an account executive in the home mortgage business. He then obtained his brokers license in 1998 and worked as an independent broker until he formed A MAC Realty in 2004. James has a degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla. James is a member of the McPherson Board of Realtors, the McPherson Multi Listing Service, and the Hutchinson Multi Listing Service.

Dave serves the Hutchinson area with over 30 years experience in commercial real estate, having been employed by a national supermarket chain, a national fast food chain, and a convenience store chain.

Dave has negotiated many leases, purchased land for development, handled property management, and sold surplus properties. He has handled the purchase and sale of residential properties for personal use and investments. Dave has a B.S. from Kansas State University and has continued with classes in real estate law, finance, and appraisal. Dave is a member of the Hutchinson Board of Realtors and the Hutchinson Multi Listing Service. .
